Surplus FN HP-DA / Browning BDA-9 9mm Belgium Double Action HI-POWER Unissued
Here is your chance to own an extremely rare FN HP-DA / Browning BDA-9 9mm Belgium Double Action HI-POWER in Unissued condition.
These pistols were introduced in 1983, as an updated version of the Browning HI-Power (FN P-35, GP-35, HP-35). This was the pistol design FN submitted in the third round of the US military’s XM9 pistol trials. These pistol were also available commercially in the USA for a short time as the Browning BDA-9.
These pistols came from Switzerland, they were destined for either military or police use. We do not know which department or military they went to.
These are the nicest shipment of surplus firearms we have ever received.
Each pistol will ship with two 14 round magazines, cardboard box, & instruction manual.
Whether you are a Browning HI-Power collector, FN collector, or just want to own a very interesting and rare handgun these pistols will be an excellent addition to your collection.
Condition: Unissued condition, they may have handling marks from storage/ shipping, and you may find dried oil on some of the pistols or magazines. Some of these have a bar code sticker on the top of the slide. These pistols are not going to be perfect, or completely spotless. None appear to have been fired. Take a look at the pictures of the exampled we pulled, there may be some glare on the pictures as these pistols are very black and we needed to boost the light on them.
Function: We went through all of these and check them for function, and wiped them down with oil afterwards.
Date of manufacture: Using FN’s date code system this batch of pistols were produced in 2005.
Visible Markings: May vary slightly.
Left side of the slide: FABRIQUE NATIONALE HERSTAL BELGIQUE, with the importers mark PW ARMS REDMOND, WA BDA9 underneath it.
Right side of the slide: Serial Number
Barrel: Cal 9x19mm & Serial Number
Left side of the frame: FN proof mark near the top of the trigger guard.
Right side of the frame: None
